The review identified a number of areas where the implementation of an Attaché BI system would provide Aparangi Village with greater efficiency and most im- portantly, the provision of an integrated organisational management platform. Through the Systems Review it was agreed that an integrated payroll system would provide the most im- mediate benefits. Within the first 12 months of working with Aparangi Village, they have already enjoyed sig- nificant improvements in processes and time savings in excess of 24 working hours per month through the effective use of Attaché BI’s integrated accounting and payroll systems. Once their integrated time and attendance system is up and running, Aparangi Village expect to save upwards of 30 hours per month on their payroll pro- cessing. Apart from this, they are now able to quickly and easily view employee leave entitlements with a few simple clicks. Upon the completion of Aparangi Village’s project with Attaché, they will be enjoying even greater time savings and efficiencies through the use of Attaché BI’s inte- grated purchase orders, financial reporting and fore- casting tools, fixed asset management, leave liability reporting and instant production of all board reports.
