Keeping residents happy and entertained Of course, the people who are already residing in the retirement village are very satisfied with their accommodation and the services offered by the organization. Aparangi has dedicated focus groups, questionnaires, and familymeetings in order to receive feedback and improve on whichever area they are lacking on. Furthermore, Jackie participates in the daily walk-arounds, meets with the residents and talks with them about their problems on a personal basis.
