Background in ac- counting, finance, property develop- ment and aged care management. Moved to New Zealand from Namibia in 1997. Enjoys participating in and supporting sport – cricket, rugby & tennis. During my time at Tamahere Even- tide I lead the organisation through a Louis Fick, Sue Pollock, David McGeorge period of growth and diversification as an aged care provider. Expansion includes a retirement village, rental apartments, day programme servic- es and renovation & upgrading of ex- isting properties. Assets increased from NZ$7m to NZ$68m and staffing from 45 to 92 staff and operation- al deficit turned into a considerable surplus enabling new developments planned for the next four years which will bring total assets to NZ$100m.
