November 23, 2021

Australian hospitality technology provider Doshii has partnered with the Australian Restaurant and Catering Association (RCA) in a bid to help the hospitality industry recover from the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic more efficiently.

Founded in 2016 to balance demand resulting from the rise of delivery apps, Doshii provides app integration technology that allows businesses to manage a variety of external communications from their point of sale system. Doshiii technology integrates with leading point of sale systems to service hospitality apps covering pickup and delivery, in-venue ordering, reservations, rostering, gifting, payment methods, venue management, e-commerce, and more. The company identifies four core ways in which Doshii assists in hospitality management:

  • Integration served simply
  • Orders served seamlessly
  • Customers served warmly
  • Data served instantly

Doshii has recently partnered with RCA to provide all members of the association with discounted access to integration technology products for their business. CEO Justin O’Donnell explains, “Partnering with the RCA is very much part of our strategy to provide the most benefit to our customers. It’s been a tough two years for hospitality, and we believe we have a responsibility to help out wherever we can. We want to help venues focus on getting back on their feet and doing what they do best, without worrying about getting another bill.”

CEO of RCA, Wes Lambert shares his delight at the newfound partnership. “Doshii’s platform will help hospitality venues become more streamlined, efficient, and will eliminate many of the administration burdens that operators face on a day-to-do basis. We are proud to have Doshii partner with RCA to give the best possible deal for our members.”

In addition to partnering with RCA, Doshii has committed to waiving monthly subscription fees for all venues for the remainder of 2021.
