They are: 2nd -World Wetlands Day; “It’s time to: Wetland Restoration.” 4th -World Cancer Day; “Close the Gap” and International Human Fraternity Day; “Promote greater cultural and religious tolerance.” 6th - Zero Tolerance for FGM Day; “Partnership with Men and Boys to transform Social and gender Norms to End FGM.” 10th -World Pulses Day; “Pulses to empower youth in achieving sustainable agrifood systems.” 11th - International Day for Women and Girls in Science; “Innovate. Demonstrate. Elevate. Advance.” Bringing communities forward for sustainable and equitable development.” 13th -World Radio Day; “Radio and Peace.” 20th -World Day of Social Justice, “Commemorate and urge all efforts to combat unemployment, social exclusion, and poverty.” 21st - International Mother Language Day; “Support multilingualism and the use of mother tongues, both at school and in everyday life.” For businesses and organisations, taking a day or two per month to celebrate, reflect upon, or raise awareness of a topic that affects individuals around the globe is a simple yet powerful way to foster a team-wide sense of community, inclusion, and growth. Professionals Leveraging Modern Tech We begin this issue with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and EZRA for our Professional Services sector. ICF a global organisation committed to the advancement of coaching as a profession by setting high standards marked by certification and fostering a worldwide network of trained, highly skilled coaches. Next up is a world leader in digital business coaching- EZRA. EZRA’s ICFcertified coaches use integrated technology solutions to open businesses’ eyes to their own limitless potential. Our Technology View features three must-know organisations for any tech-savvy company: the Australian Information Industry Association (AIIA), the Australian Information Security Association (AISA), and FinTech Australia. AIIA proudly exists to represent, connect, influence, grow, and partner with the information industry, championing its evolution and advancement. Founded in 1999, AISA is a respected authority on information security in Australia, AISA works to educate both the general public and professionals in the business sector about the risks and dangers of data theft and cyberattacks. Our final feature is FinTech Australia. FinTech Australia is the peak advocacy body for the financial technology industry in Australia, supporting over 400 company members across the sector.
