Lance Vater, on his 17th birthday, first opened his doors for business in this humble 30’ x 30’ besser block workshop, which was personally completed over the previous six months. This included the hand-made glass paneled, lift-up, counter-weighted wooden door, together with wooden framed louver windows, which was all hand crafted on site. Lance funded this freehold workshop from three months of rabbit trapping, using his innovative dam netting system, which caught up to 2000 rabbits per night.
