The Playford Hotel project was a testament to Chroma Group’s efficiency and expertise. “It was a recommendation from a consultant I had worked with for 20 years,” Patterson recounts.“We managed the entire design process, created and signed off on budgets, and coordinated procurement and delivery—throughout COVID-19, no less.
