A large portion of the Universal
Constructions’ projects are for the
state government. Speaking about the
company’s involvement in this sector,
John Mitchell says, “Sixty percent of
our work is with the state government
in Western Australia. All the projects
that we have done over the last 40
or 50 years have been on time and
within the budget”.
