generation

of

the family to

manage

T.C.

Clarke and Son

was

Morris

Clarke.

He

c o n s o l i d a t e d

the company’s

o p e r a t i o n s

and played a

crucial

role

in

enhancing

the company’s

r e p u t a t i o n

for being a

reliable

and

trusted builder

for the period

s t r e t c h i n g

from af ter the

Second World

War till the early

1970’s.

Geof f Clarke, the current owner

of the company, is the grandson

of the founder. He has very ably

managed the business and, in

addition to expanding the existing

lines, has successfully diversified

into commercial cabinet making

and shop fitting.

The company’s ability to carry

out high quality and aesthetically

pleasing interior

work has served

to establish its

presence in this

market. With each

completed project

in this area, the

company

has

gained

greater

r e c o g n i t i o n .

In

fact,

this

division has done

exceedingly well

and

completed

s e v e r a l

p r e s t i g i o u s

projects.

T.C. Clarke and

built several new buildings at

St. Margret’s School in Brisbane
