The franchise contract is for a peri-

franchisees with exclusive territory
rights. Any work that is available in
the geographical area is first allotted
to the franchisee who is responsible

of first refusal is available for the first
two years of the business.
Franchisees also receive uniforms,
cleaning equipment, and cleaning
products. They are able to save on
costs by ordering supplies of clean-
ing products through the company’s
head office as this entitles them to a
substantial discount.
